It is moves, Gavin Newsom wants to tax it. If it does not move, he still wants a tax.
The tax flavor of the day is soda--in the last four days every radical in the nation, from Barack to Newsom, have gone after soda as a source of taxes. Next on the agenda is to tax donuts, hamburgers, french fries--everything but tofu.
Get real, this is not about "obesity", it is about government control of what you are ALLOWED to eat, to cover deficits and to make more poor.
