A total overhaul of the State Constitution is not going to happen. Between the social, crime and economic changes radicals want, the people of California will be satisfied will the current system of changing the document.
Want to end Prop. 13? Support the Constitutional Convention. Want to end the death penalty? Support the Constitutional Convention. Need a quick same sex marriage? Support the Constitutional Convention. Want to raise taxes with ease? Support the Constitutional Convention.
All of the push for the Convention comes from Leftists who can not get their way in the Legislature or the ballot box.
This is as much fun as watching a high school debate tournament--no harm done.
