Little by Little, Local Government is Cutting Back

Another example of local government finally being cut back to the basics. For too long local government wanted to be a mini version of Washington, something for everybody, instead of concentrating on the basics, law enforcement, fire protection and roads.

This is a going thing coming out of the meltdown of the California economy--the silver lining.
