The Democrats lied to us--surprise, surprise.
From Senator Bob Dutton: "According to the memo, as of March 2007 there were 722 prisoners in "medical beds." But of these only 73 were impaired in their ability to perform the activities of daily living and required ongoing nursing care for the foreseeable future.
In his memo, Dr. Hill notes that all but 15 of these prisoners were sex offenders, three strikes violators, or lifers - prisoners deemed a serious custody concern. Even though they were impaired in some way, these folks are still capable of committing new crimes.
Of the 15 remaining prisoners, two were still able to walk but needed assistance with dressing and hygiene, five used a wheelchair, one was a paraplegic (we don't know his or her age), two were on dialysis, and six had impaired cognitive skills."
The early release program is based on lies and will kill. We are the victims of judges with bodyguards.
