Being on a city council does not make you smart, sometimes it makes you silly! "Take the city of Tehachapi, where, like many American cities, prayer is said before council meetings. In August, Tehachapi Councilman Stan Beckham suggested the invocation might be a "liability."
Did anybody tell this elected official that the Congress and Senate of the United States start each session with a prayer?
Somebody needs to get him out of office before he hurts himself or others, obviously this is a man without common sense.
