Mike Duvall Proves Case for Part Time Legislature

Maybe Mike Duvall, and others like him in the Capitol, spent more time telling stupid stories or messing around in bed, and less time with bills and voting, our State would be in better shape.

My guess is that if we had a part time legislature the sleazy would have to spend more time at home and less time at the local no tell motel.
