California has had a several decades long water problem. It has been made worse by a few Federal judges who prefer the delta smelt to people.
Now the legislature has decided to solve all of the water problems--in 14 days! Yes, the Democrats want to spend more than $20 billion, without guaranteeing a drop of new water. Their proposal seems like another payoff to the special interests.
Oh, this is being sent out on Tuesday morning--the Democrats claim they will have a full bill by this afternoon. No hearings, no public disclosure--just vote on a bill no one has thought out, except for a few Democrats and the special interests.
How about them also solving cancer by tomorrow afternoon and political corruption by Thursday night?
This is why we are in trouble--little thought goes into a problem--the Democrats just want a bill, any bill.
Now you know why Sacramento is held in such low regard.
