By creating a controversy over "permits", Luddites have killed 57,000 California jobs.
"But the judge's ruling affected more than power plants. It also prevented the AQMD from handing out even noncontroversial, routine permits needed by dry cleaners to install antipollution equipment, hospitals to replace emergency generators and water districts to upgrade pumps."
All of this because the Luddites do not want more power plants in the State--which has translated into higher energy costs, fewer jobs and a State that say NO to new businesses.
As long as AB 32 exists, California will continue to meltdown.
