What do you do with an elected official who shows signs of a mental breakdown?
"Questions about Wiggins' mental state first arose publicly last August, after an outburst at a Capitol hearing, captured on YouTube, drew a lot of attention. In the outburst, Wiggins interrupted the testimony of a Sacramento pastor to tell him she thought his arguments were bullsh.."
Wiggins' office apologized profusely after the remark, but questions were raised.
A week after the incident, the Press Democrat ran a story quoting a half dozen anonymous supporters and public officials saying they believed the outburst to be just the latest in a string of troubling incidents, and relaying stories of Wiggins flying off the handle, berating staff members in public and appearing confused at times."
Now you know why Sacramento is in trouble.
