This may be a great opportunity to get rid of drug users in California. We need to have a massive marketing campaign. Druggies need to be told that can use heroine, cocaine, marijuana, or any other brain killer in Mexico, and not go to jail.
An investor needs to set up "party" hotels in Mexico, rent buses, take as many California drug users to Mexico. The more that go to Mexico, the fewer druggies will be in our hospitals, the fewer auto accidents, fewer crimes.
