Cal State students ask judge to reverse fee hikes

The State set tuition costs for students. The students paid their bill. Then, after the fact, the State raised the tuition costs.

Imagine if a car company set a price, you paid it, took the car home, then were notified that the cost of the car is higher than the contract price.

This is another lawsuit the State and Governor is going to lose--another example of the fraud of the latest "budget". Billions of "savings" might never materialize. In fact, the $16.5 billion cash deficit might actually be closer to $25 billion were it not for the fraud and corruption of Sacramento. I can not wait til late September when this budget collapses (that means they want to borrow another $10 billion).

These students didn't complain a bit and actually encouraged the instate tuition to illegal aliens. Now they're complaining that they're having to pay more. Let them eat cake. Maybe they can hold a bake sale and ask the illegals to buy their cupcakes.
I have no sympathy at all for any of them. I saw first hand how these leftist universities brainwashed the students into encouraging the spending of the taxpayer dollars for illegals while the students encourage more and more of the invasion. Well let them put their money where their mouth is, and now pay the price. The roaster has come home to crow and now the students are crying foul. It's a lesson they didn't learn from those socialist professors. Maybe they should ask for their money back for not being taught the proper lessons.

I take exception to that remark. I've been saying the California model (import the needy, lose the productive, all while overspending) is unsustainable, for years now. In fact, it's one of the basic premises I try to convey on my website. California is what happens when you pass immigration amnesties.
