For years LA County, knowingly, has taken illegal tax money from families and businesses. Now they are whining they need the money.
Reminds me of the story of the kid who killed his parents, then begged for assistance, since he was an orphan.
What is needed is the firing of all involved in this theft of funds--this is corruption. Is anybody filing a criminal complaint, theft under banner of government?
Bernie Madoff must have given the LA County administrators a seminar on how to steal.
Questions are not being asked, people are not being punished. Citizens need to take notice and punish elected officials for allowing this.
