Why is there a debate over criminals from other nations being given free health care in California?

Get rid of the 12-15 million criminals, illegal aliens, getting free tax dollar paid for health care, and maybe we would have enough money to pay for honest citizens receiving health care.
The only people debating this are those supporting and protecting illegal aliens--the other 275 million of us laugh at this idea.
