Unions are not stupid. While 95,000 authorized a strike, they will not do it. If we had a strong Governor, once they went on strike, their resignations would be accepted and people in need of a job would quickly fill the positions.
If the Governor did not accept the resignations, his ability to be heard will have totally ended. Even now, he has a 28% approval rating. Very few have any trust in him.
This strike vote is just a greedy union flapping its mouth. Time to cut 95,000 jobs--now we know where.
