The UC system is cutting back on teachers. The UC system is raising tuition. The UC system is even thinking of cutting back on the number of schools.

This is sick, when basic classes are not available, a class to teach how to know a girl or boy is available for sex, is still taught. Isn't this what folks do over beer in the dorms?
Now you know why government has too much money. I no longer am worried about the cost of a UC education, I am concerned about the common sense of those running the system.
