Read this article carefully. The ACLU is "concerned" about costs, not safety. We all know that is a farce--they are really concerned that too many criminals are caught, convicted and go to jail. To them, none deserve it. To the victims, it is not enough.
Why can't educated people, like those that support the ACLU really mean it when they say they want to help the criminals.
The ACLU needs to create an "Adopt a Criminal" program. In this, each supporter agrees to take a criminal in their home for three years, care for them, feed them, help them get a job.
If they truly want to help, this is how they do it. But, I guess these folks do have some brains--would you want a pedophile in your home, around your kids? How about a thief in the home for three years?
These folks are hypocrites--they need to be exposed.
