Budget crisis delayed, not averted

Think the budget crisis in California is over? "Worse yet, this is just the tip of California's fiscal iceberg. Legislators still ignore tens of billions in unfunded pension liabilities and bonded indebtedness that will make one year's massive budget deficit look like small change. Moreover, it's counter intuitive for the state to bank on a rebounding economy while simultaneously advancing a host of economy-crippling regulations in the so-called Global Warming Solutions Act."

We have not even touched the problem. It will get worse. Maybe Nevada or Texas would be a better place for families and jobs.
