The unions and their attorneys are bright. All they have to claim is that you are knowledgeable and experienced and you can not be fired. "The lawsuit also claims the court violated the Trial Court Employment Protection and Governance Act, which it says preserves "the knowledge and experience base of its career employees."

This is nutty. Hopefully the union will pay for this frivolous lawsuit. But, I doubt it.
Now you know why government costs are high and service is low--experienced workers no longer have to work.
