Amazing, simply amazing. Instead of releasing the budget bills (there will be a total of 24) Sacramento is letting out the outline (VERY few details) of the phony budget deal. the real purpose is to claim a balanced budget, without laughing too much, then sell $10 billion worth of bonds on Wall Street--so we have cash till September or October--then start the whole mess again

See the policies changes to give early release to criminals--do you really believe we will track the illegal aliens given back to Mexico. Do we really think those criminals will do anything but take a long vacation before returning to a life of crime in California?
The best thing that could happen? There are not enough votes to pass this dog and they go back and create an honest budget, open and with hearings. Then maybe we can end this cycle of crisis.
