At a time billions are being cut from education, professional educators are using junk science to divert tens of millions of dollars from the classroom.
So far, about $42 million is being spent on "cleaner" buses. Money that should go to fixing roads is instead going toward meeting AB 32 goals--goals based on junk science.
This is why government has too much money, they have no idea how to spend it if the special interests and unions don't tell them
Time for a voter revolt. Time for honesty and professionalism in government--end the special interest monopoly.
