Will Economy Harm Quality Charter Schools?

The best schools in the State are the Charter Schools, even though they are seldom fully funded.

Now corrupt, union owned districts are working hard to further limit money going to the good non union schools. This protects the schools that have bribe payers in the classroom.

While it is not their fault, the bribe takers are in "failure factories". To me the good schools get funded first and let the union schools shape up or lose money and students.
