Bottom line: A "balanced budget" agreement will not solve the fiscal crisis of California.
As long as AB 32 exists, the people of California will continue to see higher unemployment, more foreclosures and job losses.
Democrats are proposing new taxes and regulations as the State declines. They want to end the 2/3 vote protection against a really crazy Democrat Party and their owners, the unions.
Get a budget and the fight is not over. It will take a bigger voter revolt than May 19 to solve this problem.
