Elihu Harris may be the most corrupt Democrat in the state, outside of a union official.
He and his wife charged airfare, for her--not an official of the district, used district credit cards for high priced hotels, clothes and other personal items
Tax dollars were used to pad a crowd at the Obama swearing in, and to attend the swearing in of a congresswoman who openly hates this nation and loves Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez.
"The chancellor travels frequently and in style at taxpayer expense and records show he often does not follow district policy by choosing the "lowest possible cost" for lodging.
He flew to Washington, D.C., twice in January: first for Rep. Barbara Lee's swearing-in ceremony and then for Barack Obama's inauguration.
On the inauguration trip, Harris' wife accompanied him. Harris spent $3,740 on the five-day, trip, stayed in a $400-per-night hotel on Washington's Embassy Row and racked up $1,000 in unspecified "other" expenses."
Now you know why government has too much money. We need to cut spending to the Peralta District. They are as corrupt as can be.
