If an illegal alien beats up a homeless man, the cops can not turn him over to the Feds, per Federal regulations. Let the illegal alien be found doing identity theft--give him a ticket to a Dodger game, not a one way ticket back to his homeland.
Cops will have to wait till the illegal alien graduates to murder, rape and blowing up buildings. Giuliani used the "broken window" theory to clean up New York. You catch the guy who broke a window, so he does not steal a car. Wish the Feds understood law enforcement instead of being agents for criminals.
Now you know why government has too much money. California spends $11 billion a year on these criminals..yet the Feds think it is OK--as long as they don't shoot anybody.
