A State Senator rear ended a 2005 Honda that was stopped at a traffic light. The driver who was hit suffered minor injuries. The Honda could not have been worth$ more than $15,000.
Yet the State of California, using YOUR money settled the case for $335,000--now you know what government is either totally corrupt or totally incompetent. Either way, a $335,000 settlement shows why the State is bankrupt.
Someone should investigate this settlement, something smells--like a payoff to keep the truth from coming out. A "rear ender" is NOT a $335,000 settlement--it is a payoff.
