How soon will a crime wave hit California? It has already hit Fresno.
"In Fresno County, the financial crisis caused deep budget cuts at the sheriff’s office. The sheriff laid off corrections officers and reduced the number of jail inmates. And now, some argue, auto thefts are on the rise because there are more criminals on the streets.
While this particular scenario is playing out in Fresno, some version of it could be coming to communities all over California."
The first purpose of government is to protect its citizens. Car thieves, among others are now being let back onto the streets. Thanks to Arnold and now Jerry, we should be glad the Second Amendment exists. Criminals will be let out and crime will rise, thanks to a lack of money--government does NOT want to protect us. It just wants our money and to control us.
