Does San Jose need cops and firefighters or unions? That is the real choice. In fact, that is why Wisconsin is having its troubles--it is why the unions are fighting so hard--it is either them or the families of the State.

Government at all levels needs to make the decision NOT to allow unions to own the State. Until the unions are made voluntary, like the Rotary, corruption and Depression will be the order of the day in California.
