Jerry Brown wants to end the slush funds called redevelopment agencies. San Diego, home of corruption, incompetence, bankruptcy, secret mid night deals has another idea.
"San Diego is planning almost $4 billion in future redevelopment projects, the most audacious effort of any California city to combat Gov. Jerry Brown's proposal to eliminate redevelopment.
The draft proposal, which was circulated around City Hall today, includes nearly $2.5 billion targeted for downtown. The list includes projects that wouldn't start until as late as 2048."
You read that right--San Diego wants to keep a corrupt agency in power, spending tax dollars for another 37 years! This is why all private property stealing, special interest and union run; Redevelopment Agencies need to be closed, today. Stop the fraud. Stop the theft. Stop the hack politicians stealing from families.
