California government schools of higher learning allow illegal aliens as students--illegally. In fact the Student Body President of Fresno State is proud to have broken the law,
We have an almost $900,000 man in charge of the UC system, the same system with $11 billion of unfunded pension liabilities. The UC Regents is run by the ethically challenged Richard Blub, husband of the arguably most ethically challenged member of the US Senate, Dianne Feinstein. Academics are not what they were. Propaganda is rampant, and the religion of Al Gore is King and Faith based religion mostly laughed at.
But, we are Number One in a single area--of silliness and waste of tax dollars. "Finally, a survey has shown that through diligence, hard work and unending commitment, California’s universities — Berkeley in particular — are the best in the whole wide world. Unfortunately, it’s for all the wrong reasons. Here’s why:

The “UI Green Metric Ranking of World Universities” is based on several factors, including green space, electricity consumption, waste and water management and eco-sustainability policies."
Makes me proud of UCLA, Cal and the rest. Green uber alles.
