Great news!! The state Supreme Court has ruled that city councils must act in the best interests of the communities than in the interest of the corrupt unions.
"The California Supreme Court has upheld a decision by the appeals court that asserts that the city of Richmond did not have to confer with the firefighters’ union when it decided to lay off 18 of its employees due to the city’s budget crisis. The union attempted to argue that the city’s refusal to bargain over its layoff decision was a violation of state law."
The court was very clear--the city is run by its elected officials, not those who demand bribes from workers, in order to be allowed to work.
