Jerry Brown hated Prop. 13 in 1978 and he hates it today. He promised to "tweak" it to make it "work" better.
Now he is going for a triple header.
1. Get rid of slush fund, eminent domain using (government theft) Redevelopment Agencies
2. Send a portion of the revenues not going to corporate welfare and unions to cities, counties and school districts.
3. To allow the continuation of the corruption, like a billion dollars of bond/tax money to build a stadium in San Diego for a billionaire, he wants to "tweak" Prop. 13. This measure mandates a 2/3 vote to pass bonds. Brown wants to change that to 55%.
Brown is beginning his lifetime goal of repealing Prop. 13--watch out.
