The voters said NO two months ago countywide--now they are thinking of doing it for the city? Who would be crazy enough to buy the bonds--at what interest rate? The real question is who is the contractor, who did they donate to and what union is supporting this, to get work for their bribe payers--that is what this is really about--payoffs and a quicker way to bankruptcy.
