Do you want to have your jobs in a low tax State like Mississippi or a high tax State like California? Do you want a State that openly uses junk science to raise the cost of doing business, like California or an honest State that uses up to date science, like Mississippi as a place to do business?
"This week, two Silicon Valley solar panel manufacturers announced they would build factories in southern states that offered business-friendly conditions and strong clean energy markets.
Stion, based in San Jose, will invest $500 million to build its new production facility in Hattiesburg, Miss., after the state agreed to a $75 million loan, and tax and training incentives. AQT Solar of Sunnyvale said it would spend $300 million to open its plant in Blythewood, S.C. The factories are expected to generate 1,000 jobs each."
Arnold and Jerry are basing the restoration of California on the "green" industry, while the "green" industry is fleeing California like everybody else. Looks like California is going to stay in a Great Depression for a generation, at least.
