  • Online job postings declined last month in Sacramento region

"Sacramento-area employers posted 25,400 jobs last month, a significant drop from 28,600 in November, according to the monthly online jobs report by The Conference Board.

California did better, adding 5,900 vacancies in December, an uptick of 1.2 percent. National numbers remained essentially flat, with a 0.2 percent drop of 9,400 job postings."

Just wait till government, city, county, State and schools are forced to cut employment like the private sector did for the past three years. The good news is that the deficits will be cut and unions will have less money to buy politicians.

Maybe if Jerry Brown stopped the blackmail and started creating private sector jobs, his budget would not have to be cut by so much. But it seems he cares more about raising taxes than long term job creation. Another Arnold.
