If these folks paid bribes to the union, the union would not care.

The lawsuit contends that the project violates both California's clean air laws as well as the state's Environmental Quality Act and that needed permits from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District have neither been approved or even applied for."
Why is California in a Depression? The unions. Firms see this action and decide it is easier to go to another State, where workers are treated with respect, not forced to be union owned chattel.
The union needs to be sued by the 100 who might not get jobs. Now you know why unions need to be disbanded, they are bad for families, children and the economy. Bribery should be made illegal, even by unions.
