The Congress refused to pass a section of ObamaCare that forced doctors to promote "end of life" discussions. These were not really discussions, they were to be the demand, by a doctor, that the elderly "decide” not to have too much health care .
"This new regulation merely provides that Medicare will pay for annual consultations in which, among other things, patients can discuss with doctors what should be done in the event they find themselves in extremis and cannot communicate."
The Feds give doctors a financial incentive to push this, instead of allowing doctors to decide how to handle patient care.
BO really needs fewer people receiving government health care. It is cheaper to pay doctors to talk the elderly into death, and then it is for the government to pay for the health care.
Obama lied and the elderly will die.
