Yolo County wanted your tax dollars to "control" gangs. Of course every dollar would be wasted. They had no plan to obey and enforce our immigration laws--illegal aliens are the majority of gang members.
Not one word of using the police to find and turn over to the Feds illegal aliens.
Why is our crime rate still too high? Government refuses to arrest and deport hundreds of thousands of criminals in our State. Enforce our immigration laws and you will see a dramatic decrease in crime.
