Thanks to Arnold being an economic illiterate, $165 billion in deficits, so far as Guv, he has signed a bill that will add billions to our deficit every year, until the Supreme Court rules ObamaCare unconstitutional.

Who pays for the high risk, high cost patients? Well, ObamaCare says the Feds pay. But the GOP, is order to kill this mess, will not appropriate a dime. Hence, Arnold has put all of us on the line for billions of health care costs. Arnold has made sure even a great governor can not financially save California. Arnold has done the impossible. he has bankrupted us and guaranteed we stay bankrupt and stay in a Depression for many years.
That is his legacy--the worst governor in the history of the United States. He has made sure those that stay in California stay poor.
