PLEASE PASS THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS--LET THEM KNOW MORE ABOUT POLITICS AND PUBLIC POLICY THE FORMER MAINSTREAM MEDIA WON'T TELL. THANKS

    1. Republicans plot death of EPA climate rules, By Richard Cowan, Reuters, 12/22/10

The Congress, even with Pelosi and Reid hoods in charge, can not pass "Cap and Trade" a tax scheme to send US jobs to foreign nations. Obama loves big deficits and even bigger unemployment numbers. He will not be satisfied till we hit 10% unemployment in a consistent basis. So, he is going to use executive orders and EPA regulations to assure higher unemployment and more deficit spending.

    "
One year ago, environmentalists were hopeful of winning comprehensive legislation in Congress to force reductions in emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases blamed for global warming.
That effort crashed, however, prompting the White House to go ahead with a back-up plan: EPA rules forcing electric utilities, refineries and large factories to get permits for the carbon dioxide they emit. They also would be required to use the most advanced "clean" technology when expanding or building new facilities."
    2. In St. Paul schools, the not-so-sweet life, The St. Paul school district will make all public schools "sweet-free zones" by the end of the school year.,By DAAREL BURNETTE II, Star Tribune, 12/22/10

Government schools are working hard to make decisions for children that should be made by parents. it is not enough to teach the scam of Global Warming. It is not enough to teach that the United States is a racist, war mongering nation. Now, the government schools want to decide what students should eat. Too bad the union owned schools have a hard time teaching math, science and history. At least the kids know that Jefferson and Snickers are enemies of the State.
"With a nod to their role in reducing the nation's high obesity rate, Minnesota's second-largest school district plans to fully enforce the ban on sweets. Reminders have been sent to teachers, students and parents that "sweet, sticky, fat-laden [and] salty treats" aren't allowed during the school day, said Jean Ronnei, the district's director of nutrition services.
The move was made this year, four years after the idea was conceived in a new St. Paul schools wellness policy, passed at the recommendation of a panel of parents, teachers, school nurses and administrators.
Superintendent Valeria Silva, who was hired a year ago, decided to take action after a study determined 40 percent of St. Paul's fourth-graders, most of whom are poor and minority, are obese. That's 11 percent higher than the national rate."
Maybe the kids are "obese" becuase government schools wastes their time and keeps them in a propaganda mill for eight hours a day?
    3. Eco-bulbs 'a health hazard for babies and pregnant women due to mercury inside', By David Derbyshire, Mail online (U.K.), 12/23/10

Obama and Bush before him, demand that you put toxic waste in yur childs bedroom. In Los Angeles one store is advertizing these new bulbs, that are hazardous, at $10 each--as opposed to 25-75 cents each for a long lasting SAFE light bulb. Government fraud wants to keep you in the dark and create problems for your health. Oh, if a "new" light bulb breaks you need to call a hazmat team to clean up--at a cost of $2,000--can we afford Bush or Obama?
"Energy-saving light bulbs were at the centre of a fresh health scare last night after researchers claimed they can release potentially harmful amounts of mercury if broken.
Levels of toxic vapour around smashed eco-bulbs were up to 20 times higher than the safe guideline limit for an indoor area, the study said.
It added that broken bulbs posed a potential health risk to pregnant women, babies and small children.

From a normal light bulb to the energy saving model. There are fears that broken eco-bulbs pose a health risk
The concerns surround ‘compact fluorescent lamps’ (CFLs), the most common type of eco-bulb in Britain, which are mini-versions of the strip lights found in offices."
    4. NHS Direct 'at breaking point': Patients waiting two days for help in worst flu outbreak for ten years, By Louise Eccles and Sophie Borland, Mail Online (U.K), 12/23/10
There are three ways Obama can kill you.
    1. Directly with his Death Panels withholding drugs, as he is for breast cancer victims and soon from prostate cancer victims.
    2. By having such long waiting periods for health care, you either die first or get better. Fro the rich like him and Arnold, they will be able to afford either their own doctors or get black market health care.
    3. By making good health care too expensive, forcing folks into home remedies and prayers for recovery.
    5. UAW to Target Foreign-Owned Car Plants in U.S., Wall Street Journal, By MATTHEW DOLAN, 12/23/10
Unions hate people who work. To unions workers are suckers that pay brobes or are not allowed to work. Workers, on the other hand, mostly, when given a choice say NO to paying bribes to corrupt unions. Delta airlines just turned down two unions. The workers are auto plants of foreign manufacturers have also turned down corrupt unions.
Now the unions are fighting fight--literally.
"The head of the United Auto Workers said Wednesday the union will begin a campaign in January to organize hourly factory workers at foreign-owned car plants in the U.S.
Bob King, elected to head the UAW last summer, said in an interview he received approval from his union's board of directors last week on a set of principles to be presented to the targeted companies.
The UAW plans to start an organizing drive at foreign-owned car plants in the U.S. Above, workers at a Nissan plant in Smyrna, Tenn., this fall.
Mr. King declined to name the companies, but earlier this year the union picketed at U.S. dealerships representing Toyota Motor Corp., Nissan Motor Co., Honda Motor Co, Hyundai Motor Co., BMW AG and the Mercedes-Benz unit of Daimler AG. All have nonunionized auto plants in the U.S., while Volkswagen AG is building a plant in Tennessee. Mr. King said the UAW's principles are designed to persuade the companies to agree that his union could organize fairly at workplaces without current union"

Note it is the sleaze kings wanting the unions, not the workers.
