Government, by its very nature incompetent. The deficit is caused by the incompetent spending money, when they have no idea what they are doing.

That means $750 million was wasted on computers that do not work. Who says government is broke? Not those spending our money.
We have 12.4% unemployment, yet the server for the courts is in Arizona--why, because it is cheaper than running it in California? Of course that is the real reason.
