Thanks to the California Air Resources Board companies are closing, leaving the State or can no longer afford hiring new workers because of the regulations are too expensive.
And CARB thinks this is great--12.4% unemployment, with real California unemployment at about 25%.
Spain did this. For every "green job created 2.5 real jobs disappeared--which is why Spain is on the verge of collapse.
Thanks to the Arnold type programs Spain has a 20.7% "official" unemployment rate--that is what Arnold wants for us.

I know today that we will have a reduction of 25 percent of greenhouse gases by 2020.” Schwarzenegger was given a standing ovation from the board and most of the crowd as he left."
