1. Ward Churchill loses appeal of his firing, Denver Post, 11/24/10
A bigot has been fired by the Colorado University system--now the radical bigot is costing tens of thousands of dollars to keep him out of the classroom.
Churchill hates America, but wants to be "protected" by its laws--which he does not believe in.
"Churchill's termination came after an essay he wrote that likened some victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks to a World War II Nazi official. CU investigated whether his essay was protected under the First Amendment and found that it was. But while the investigation was underway, academics came forward and accused Churchill of plagiarism and fraud in scholarly writings, which led to his termination.
Churchill sued the university and was awarded $1 in damages by Denver jurors who determined that he was fired in retaliation for his speech.
But then-Chief Judge Naves, who has since left the bench, decided not to give Churchill his job back and set aside the jury's verdict. In a decision that was left until after the trial to decide, Naves also ruled that CU's regents, who are elected, acted as a "quasi- judicial" panel that had immunity from the lawsuit."
2. Countrywide's Mortgage Document Errors May Doom Bank of America, By ABIGAIL FIELD, Daily Finance,11/22/10
"Question, why hasn't the lame stream media discussed this story? I watch the Fox Business channel, and the other business oriented channels on cable, yet no discussion that Bank of America might collapse--why is the media hiding htis from investors?
"Testimony in a New Jersey foreclosure case decided last week may spell big trouble for Bank of America (BAC). If what one bank employee said on the stand proves to be accurate, paperwork problems it acquired when it purchased the failing mortgage provider Countrywide in 2008 could leave BofA on the hook for billions of dollars.
As first reported by Kate Berry for American Banker, Linda DiMartini, a supervisor and operational team leader for the Litigation Management Department of BAC Home Loans Servicing, testified in the foreclosure case of John T. Kemp that it was "customary for Countrywide to maintain possession of the original note and related documents."
3. Why American Airport Security Is Really So Horrendous, Yid With a Lid, 11/24/10
Has our government, Obama, become a criminal conspiracy and organization? it purposely gives travelers uncontrolled and unknown amounts of radiation, takes porn pictures of the travelers, and then allows deviants to molest little girls and Nuns.
"Yet here’s the reality. At a railroad station in California, one of my colleagues was asked by a security screener to show his driver’s license. He started laughing and asked, “Why?”
The guard said back sarcastically, “Haven’t you heard of September 11?”
But that’s why my colleague was laughing. All of the September 11 hijackers did have valid drivers’ licenses. And a terrorist who is going to blow up something can easily get a phony driver’s license. Thus, asking for such a document makes the guard (and the public) feel better but it is utterly worthless.
No doubt, the U.S. government will claim that it has achieved the goal of keeping terrorists out of airports. But this is misleading. The TSA has literally never caught a terrorist at an airport. And why go through an airport nowadays with any reasonable level of security when you can look for relatively unguarded targets? That’s what terrorists do."
4. Obama’s Government Denying Tax Status Based on Pro-Israeli Support?, Publius Forum, 11/26/10
Only a self loathing person would support Obama in 2012--he is going the extra mile to harm Israel and support the Palestinian terrorists.
"A pro-Israel education group called Z Street is claiming that Obama’s IRS has violated its Constitutional rights by denying it tax exempt status solely because it supports Israel, support that apparently runs counter to Obama’s stance on Israel. Z Street reports that Obama’s IRS asked a telling question of the group as it sought the tax exemption earlier this year. In August, Z Street filed a lawsuit claiming that the IRS was delaying the consideration because the group is a vocal supporter of the State of Israel and that support apparently runs counter to the Obama’s administration’s position."
5. Arizona employer law nets immigrants, not companies, Stateline, by Daniel Vock, 11/30/10
Arizona has some good news--illegal aliens are being found and deported. While firms have not been fined or closed, yet, we are enforcing an important part of the law--making sure illegal aliens are always looking over their shoulder for the law.
"The target of the morning raid was a landscaping company, but this was the 40th time in the past two years that the Maricopa County sheriff had raided a workplace. Among those previously targeted were McDonald’s franchises, a military contractor, sellers of printer cartridges, a meat packing plant, specialty metalworkers and trash collectors.
Like the other raids, the move on Nunez Creative Landscaping was a show of force that played well in front of TV cameras. Dozens of deputies stormed the premises. Suspects were handcuffed and led away. A news helicopter hovered overhead."
Arizona is the only state that is LOSING illegal aliens, now you know why.
