Actually, it should be called and aircraft show. It went on all day today, and will be on again tomorrow. There's many aircraft and squads of them performing, and since we live just a few blocks away, the thundering beasts have been roaring overhead most of the day. Arial acrobatics complete with smoke and near theatrical exhibits of climb, stall, and spin. People have been parking on the lots of closed up businesses and setting up lawn chairs all around the airfield to save admissions costs. The cops closed a few local school parking lots to try and force people into the airfield. I'm not much of an avid airplane guy, but it's hard not to watch from here. sometimes it seems like they are strafing the house. Tomorrow is another noisy day, so I might as well make the best of it.
