DFG Scientists Join Team to Save Endangered Black Abalone

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has selected two Department of Fish and Game (DFG) scientists to serve on the black abalone recovery team. Ian Taniguchi and Dr. Jim Moore will join a team of experts who are tasked with developing a recovery plan for black abalone, which was listed as a federally endangered species in January 2009.</img> </img>
