The Governor of California Proposes To Sell Off The lottery
Can't believe this got past the censors. The current governor floats a proposal to sell the lottery to investors. Would have been a little more tolerable had the interested parties started this prior to the taxpayers footing the bill for the ground floor. Now it's just plain ludicrous. I'm still trying to figure out if it's for real, or some factions within the dome here are lending the Governor some measured length of rope for a self-inflicted lynching.
