Public and private postsecondary institutions, community colleges, and non-profit organizations are eligible to apply. Although county elections officials, and the Secretary of State, cannot apply for these grants, you may wish to share this information with your university, college, and student organization voter outreach partners. The application deadline is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on July 16, 2009
