General Election: UOCAVA/MOVE Act Survey/Point of Contact

The United States Department of Justice has requested that all of California’s 58counties respond to a survey, which will be issued by the Secretary of State (SOS) onSeptember 21st, and must be returned by 12:00 noon on September 26th. This surveywill address absentee ballots transmitted to voters covered under the Uniformed andOverseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), of which the Military and OverseasVoter Empowerment (MOVE) Act is a part.</img> </img> </img>
