Political Parties: Americans Elect Party Disqualification

This is to advise you that the Americans Elect Party has lost its status as a qualified
political party in California.

Elections Code sections 5100, 5101, 5151, and 5153 set forth the necessary
qualifications for a political party in California. The Americans Elect Party has been
disqualified based on their current registration figures and the results of the June 3,
2014, gubernatorial primary election.
