The people distributing this refused to give me one, but one of the day laborers held his out for me. Afterwards, another person tried to grab it from my hand but failed. It did get crumpled up though
Basically there is a rally to demand the governor sign the California DREAM act. It is supposedly scheduled for Thursday October 4th at noon near the west steps. They are also promoting a meeting at 11:00 am at Southside park so they can "marcha" to the state capital together.
