Report from Border (Activities in Mexico)

First a Group of four to five men appeared near the border wall, on the south side. Two are seen here in the picture

Then a Helicopter appeared, on the Mexican Side. The letters on the side are either N or KC-PEP. It moved very close to the ground several kicking up large clouds of dust.

It then landed in the area of the Mennonite Orphanage / Arrello Felix Compound

These Two Uniformed Men were then seen in the area where the original group was seen.

Border Patrol Intel was Notified.
